When I talk about #Free
Speech I refer to the right to have the government NOT change it's treatment of me because of the meaning of my communication. (Although the manner of communication can be prohibited, ie. vandalism or violence)
If someone used the phrase "Autonomy of Communication" that would mean to me that a person is capable of communicating whatever they wish without support from another. Ie. A person with a disability that prevents them speaking might not have autonomy of communication.
Just my two cents.
