Something most Brexiteers won't understand until the rude, very rude, awakening. The UK will have to very costly replicate all the previously shared agencies, which will have to be filled with bureaucrats and technocrats. Said bureaucrats and technocrats will want to cover their asses, as they will be in the firing line otherwise if anything goes wrong, so there will be a lot of regulation. The same applies to minister who while talking about "cutting red tape" in their Sunday speeches and press releases will also want to cover their asses, again meaning more regulation.

And then there's all the customs paperwork UK exporters to the EU will most likely have to complete. That will probably create several tens of thousands of jobs, so there are at least some good news. That's not even really mentioned in the article.
