Jesus, and then there's my company who have said as long as you get your work done, don't wory about being at your laptop or doing a full 7.5 hour day....just do what you need to do, then log off and do something to keep your mind occupied...

Fortunately, my company has no problem with trust. As long as I get my things done and work my monthly hours it's fine. I personally keep track of my working hours in an excel sheet so I know how much I need to work or if I can go some hours earlier
