Clarkesdale ain't got much money, but it's got plenty of soul.

Your shot?

Did. you make it to GZBC?
Yes, this is my shot @Doc Edward Morbius it was in January 1991, I went on a road trip across the southern US with a friend for 6 weeks. We did not go to Ground Zero in Memphis, however we had the chance to visit lots of places across the deep south.
@Indiefotog I don't think GZBC in Clarkesdale existed then. It's Morgan Freeman's joint.

Where else did you go?
you're right @Doc Edward Morbius, I think it opened around 200-2001...This trip was the first one of two, I went back in 1993 ..We left Montreal and went south stopping along the way in New-York, then Asbury Park to revisit the area...casino, tunnel of love Stone pony, I had the opportunity to visit that area several times before...then south again with stops in every states Virginia, Carolinas, Mississippi, Missouri..at that stage we were going back and forth, from south to north and west to east..Memphis Tn, Poplar Tunes, Sun Records etc...then south again Louisiana, places like Ferriday etc...then again up and down the state and then New Orleans again visiting everywhere...then Texas Lubbock, Houston, Austin for a couple of days...visited Austin City Limits studio, did an interview with Terry Lickona and took pictures...went to Antone's and saw Jimmy Vaughn with Sue Foley and also Kim Wilson...we then started our trip back home stopping in some more places along the way.
@Indiefotog Sounds pretty awesome. Road trips, especially with no set itinerary, are the best.

I've hit a fair bit of that territory myself over the years.
Let just hope the situation we are living now will get better sooner than later, so maybe we can hit the road again! @Doc Edward Morbius
