We see fascism appearing not with brown shirts and swastikas but crosses and stars and stripes. The right creates a language it can gather behind comfortably. There’s a goal. Whether Biden or Trump wins - find a figure and a program of steps in a direction. Let’s see if the left as a whole is still able to make a step. Obama was not such a figure, if Bernie would have been we will never know.
